The internal displays have been replaced & overhauled
in recent months, including our latest exhibit of a Captains uniform
as worn by BEA crews in the 1960`s & 70`s. This was donated by
the family of the late Capt Ken Ashfield DFC, along with a log book
showing a typical flight when in passenger service. We also
have badges from the Air Bridge Carriers time.
Two engine runs were carried out on the 7th June
2008, there were some problems in the morning but they all ran well
in the afternoon, further runs will be carried out later in the year
